Anti-Walk Silent Feet are the most advanced and effective appliance anti-vibration pads available. By using cutting edge polymer technology they reduce walking without using any adhesives. They also absorb vibrations caused by appliances; this reduces noise and structural damage caused by these vibrations. Anti-Walk Silent Feet anti-vibration pads have consistently out performed all other vibration absorbing materials on the market and they are a safe and simple way to eliminate appliance walking. All appliance manufactures recommend using a pad to absorb vibration from washers; these pads meet and exceed OEM specifications. These pads work on tile, concrete, wood, vinyl, linoleum, stone and other solid surface floors.

These pads are designed to fit all styles, makes and models of top and front loading washing machines. Anti-Walk Silent Feet are also recommended for stacked washers and dryers as well as washers with pedestals. These pads absorb the same amount of vibration as our Original Silent Feet, but offer better anti-walking protection. These pads will raise your appliance by 5/8” and make cleaning under it easier. For washers located in very tight spaces or under counter tops, we recommend using our Original Silent Feet.

All Silent Feet pads feature a new dual material vibration isolation system that reduces even more vibration compared to our previous products. They have also been redesigned to offer a more modern and stylish finish while also adding durability.

Anti-Walk Silent Feet use Sorbothane polymers that are trusted by NASA, NASCAR, The Smithsonian Institute and the U.S. Military. Over the past 5 years, these pads have become famous around the world as the best anti-vibration solution for all appliances. Bought for a 2008 GE front load washer. Didn't have problems with walking, just lots of vibration transmitted through the floor. After quick installation (2 person job), vibration through the floor has greatly reduced! I'm definitely no longer concerned about long term damage to the flooring structure, and the washer actually seems much more stable during the high spin cycles. Very happy with these!

NOTE: To install these, you need access to the back of the washer from the sides (or back). Once you have feet on the pads, the washer definitely will not slide. If you have the washer in a tight space and need to slide it out, buy the regular Silent Feet Anti-Vibration (green package). That includes two pads with an "easy-slide" bottom for sliding the washer back in place before you install the front pads. From their website:

Silent Feet:
- Best for small laundry rooms with limited space to access behind your washer and dryer.
- Fastest and easiest installation.
- Prevents mild to moderate appliance movement (walking).
- Best if you have a work-surface or counter over your washer and dryer.
- Best for carpet, concrete, rough stone and natural tile floors.

Anti-Walk Silent Feet: Buy Now
- Prevents moderate to severe appliance movement (walking).
- Best if you have space to access behind your washer and dryer.
- Best for stackable washing machines and dryers.
- Best for smooth & high gloss floors like gloss tile, polished stone, wood and vinyl.

This product works great. It has significantly reduce the shaking on the final spin of my washer. I would highly recommend this item for those who has washer installed on the upper floor of the house. Now everything is quiet and barely can hear the shaking sound from downstairs.

I have a laundry room that sits on the main floor, but over a basement. Every time I'd run the washer, it'd sound like an earthquake was rumbling through the house as it went past a certain speed in its spin cycle, and inevitably, it'd be a few inches off of where I thought it was. These things mostly fixed the problem. When I ran the washer empty, it didn't move at all. With clothes added, it still made a bit of a racket (I think due to the drawer underneath it not closing completely), but at least it didn't visibly shake as much, and definitely didn't walk like it used to.

On the other hand, I didn't have high expectations, as I figured if these things worked, the manufacturers would just include them. Amazon's high ratings for the products convinced me to give them a try. I think they were worth it!

The reviews I read made it sound better than I thought. They are better than the other brand of anti vibration pads I had but they didn't cut down the vibration as much as I would like. Would I recommend them? Yes. I think the real problem is that the washer is an LG Front Load on a wood floor. Great washer, just vibrates like crazy.

My front load washer is on the 2nd floor of my home. Before installing these pads, my machine would be all over the floor & I would be constantly scooting it back into place. It would even clang against the dryer. Now, it stays in place and no more clanging. My bathroom is on the other side of the wall of the washing machine. Before installing these pads, the floor in the bathroom would shake/vibrate dramatically--the shaking is slight as compared to before. I would definitely recommend*

Was excited about them working as discribed, but they actually cased our washing machine to vibrate and rock around on spin. As soon as I removed them, the machine worked fine on spin - I made no other changes other than remove the pads. Maybe some machines don't work with these pads depending on how the feet are installed on themachine. Our machine has spring action on the back feet. I am returning them as they cost a lot for what you get.

I was impressed by the reviews of Silent Feet here on Amazon but was skeptical of the level of noise control to expect. I must say I was in for a pleasant surprise. These babies work as good as I could ever expect.

After getting them under my washer (on the first floor) I set it for a spin cycle and stepped out of the laundry room.
To give you an idea of how surprised I was, while I was talking to my wife outside the laundry room, I thought that I had forgotten to start the spin cycle !! It was just that QUIET ! Before putting these on, I could hear and feel the machine running on the ground floor ! now its quiet as it can ever be.

The price initially seemed a bit steep to me (It is quite a bit at $40, for 4 rubber feet, u know what I mean? ) but if you care for the quiet and hate laundry machine vibrating your whole house, I think its worth those $40 bucks.

I am very happy with the quality and effectiveness so far.

Our front loader washer in sitting on typical sheet linoleum. It walked all over the place on any spin setting above medium. These anti walk feet work really, really well. Washer can now be used with towels and set on the high spin rate setting without concern. The washer still shakes a bit but it doesn't move anymore.

They're stupid expensive for what you get (they're basically high end furniture cups) but they do work. $20 for them? Perfect. $40? Expensive but no other real choice. And they work.

These worked exactly as advertised. Our front load washing machine had been walking all over our wood floors. These have two types of material - a harder rubber on top and a softer, non-slip material on the bottom. Since we started using these our washer has stayed in place and doesn't make so much noise.

My only complaint is that the price seems a little high for what it is.

After reading Consumer Reports negative summary of vibration pads for dampening the vibration of front load washers, I held off purchasing this until I noticed some slight indentations in the vinyl floor of my laundry room. I had considered getting the $200 steel vibration damping platform that Consumer Reports did say worked, but when I measured how much space I had, I realized I could not fit that device in the little space I had between my dryer and my sink. So I decided to give this a try. It took one of us to lift the machine and the other to place the pads (it took a couple of tries since we had to use a broom handle), but once in place I was very surprised to notice that the degree of vibration transmitted to the floor had gone down noticeably. The laundry machine itself does NOT shake any less, but at least these pads achieved the purpose of reducing the shaking to the house, as well as now protecting the vinyl floor. Overall, not too bad a product.

While searching for a new washer to replace one only 13 months old that had been repaired three times, now out of warranty, I saw this product on Amazon.com. It had great reviews, so I thought I will try it and see if it will help this shaking, noisy, floor walking, wall banging, wife having to sit on it, highly name rated nightmare. I will never buy that company's washer again even though all other appliances are the same brand.
The pads arrived and after placing them under the feet properly we did a test flight. It didn't vibrate quite as much and didn't seem quite as noisy. Since then we have washed many loads, both small and gigantic. The vibration looks scary and the noise is terrible, but it hasn't moved. It hasn't moved!
So, $40 vs $6-700 was a great investment saving a poor taxpayer enough money to buy Christmas gifts.

This was the second set of anti-vibration pads I bought for a front-loading washer in our 2nd-story laundry room. The first set (Washing Machine KE Shake Away Plus Pads Vibration Pads Super Duty Version) did a really good job reducing vibration and noise but would not stay under the washer feet. These Anti-walk Silent Feet do a great job. Vibration and noise is reduced significantly, about to the level of a top-loading washer. With the indentation, the washer feet stay put. They are designed to not slide around, which makes installation on the back feet a bit tricky, but they stay in place and that's a good thing. I have had these for about 9 months and I am pretty satisfied. The first set of pads that I had were quieter with better anti-vibration but these are a better all-around solution.

We purchased a front-loading washer and installed it on the first floor in the laundry area. When we purchased this machine, I knew it was known to cause vibrations and shake floors when it spun the clothes, but it was very well rated. So I reinforced the floor under the machine. Even so, we still had very noticeable vibrations when the washer started to spin. The shaking could be felt on the first floor and the second floor of the house.

After installing the anti-walking/vibration feet, there was a 90-95% improvement. The machine still shakes, but there is only a very small amount of vibration to the house. It's almost imperceptible. I hope these feet can stand up to years of stress. It's worth buying this product and giving it a try.

My in-laws had several complaints about their recently purchased front-loading washing machine.

1) The new washer is shorter than their previous model so the dryer was taller. The harmony of the room was diminished. It just didn't look right.
2) While in the laundry room, the washer made the house feel like the foundation was shaking.
3) The washing machine could be heard though out the house - especially in the living room, which shares a wall with the laundry room. Basically, the washing machine and TV sit back to back. The extra noise was infuriating my father-in-law.

After many hours of internet research, I purchased a set of Silent Feet based on other Amazon users' recommendations and the fact that NASA uses the same materials that are in Silent Feet to protect equipment on the space shuttle.

I chose the Anti-Walk Silent Feet because my father-in-law really wanted the washer "locked" into place. At first, he was skeptical, but the Silent Feet were very easy to install. We tilted the washer back and forth and placed the Silent Feet under each of the washer's legs. The Silent Feet added enough height to make the washer sit flush with the dryer.

Now you can barely feel the washing machine when it is running. What once seemed very prominent now can be barely felt. And best of all, Jack Bauer can be fully enjoyed without the muffled drone of a washing machine in the back ground.

Silent Feet worked great. My in-laws couldn't be happier.

My laundry room is on the top floor of my side to side split (which everyone thought I was lucky....?!), and my front loader has literally jarred one of toilets loose from the floor. (How is that for luck?)

Now, on full spin, I can barely feel (let alone hear) the machine....now I feel lucky:)

For some reason, my perfectly balanced washer became unhappy and started trying to escape...I re-leveled it by adjusting the feet and it didn't help, so I thought I'd try these. It took two people to get them under the washer, my husband tilted it as I set them in place. We started the first load on the new magic feet and I meant to check to see how it was working. Fast forward 90 minutes, I realized the load was done and I never heard a thing! Washer is right where we left it! Problem solved :) On the second load I watched it spin. The machine does vibrate quite a lot, but the feet absorb it. Our laundry room is in the lower level and the washer is on a cement floor, these feet stopped the noise and the walking. Great product! Quick breakdown of my experience:
At first I was skeptical of trying the Silent Feet with a $50 price tag. Also, a small but decent percent of reviews stating no effect and a the few who claim it made it worse, left me to hold off on buying them.

But I needed to coral the cage match my washer/dry seem to throw during every load. Just before deciding to try them I ended up moving the washer for maintenance and noticed that only 1 of 4 feet were installed (bought our combo washer/dry used). Well, that explained the UFC matches and couldn't run it like that any longer without possible damage. So, I finally ordered the silent feet and 4 aftermarket feet with pads together. Figured I could return them with Amazon's very liberal return policy if they did not workout.

Once installed the difference was incredible! Near zero noise, shacking, vibration, and NO "walking". I wanted to write a review of my results but could not be sure how much of the performance was due to the silent feet and to just being on feet and level like is required.

Just so happened the washer needed to be moved again for the maintenance crew and was moved back a few days later in a rush without the silent feet on to save time and get a needed load in. The washer still is far better then originally however not good during spin dry cycles, especially when accelerating to the selected speed. It will still rattle and shake anything left on it for a few loads to the floor and make substantial noise in the process. It is only bad for a few seconds until the machine reaches speed but the noise/vibration is still very noticeable. While setting up the unit correctly made a intolerable level of movement, vibration, and noise much more manageable I still must hold it down in certain parts of the cycle to avoid upsetting our neighbors below and around us . I have done both set ups with several loads of various size and composition and the silent feet definitely make a big difference for us. I would be very hesitant to run a load unattended without generating valid complaints. Not any concern when the silent feet are on! I highly recommend trying these if you're experiencing such symptoms.

My only issue is that installion alone is difficult (manufacture clearly states using two people to get them on) but it seems if they had a attachment point, one man installation would be far easier. Just tip on the front, hook upto washers feet and roll it back where it was. I was able to do it without help but it required some elbow grease and patience. About 90min for installing/leveling the feet (majority of the time as the threaded points needed to be bent true), moving back to the correct room and placing silent feet under them.

Quick notes of my "wisdom" for those of you like me, not going to wait for a second hand. A dolly to move the washer, a flashlight and pole to position silent feet where they need to be will greatly speed up and simplify the job. Note our machine is a smaller portable unit (still very heavy and pretty big) but I also had to work in a small space between the wall and bath tub.

Have a Samsung VRT front load washer located on a basement concrete floor. Since it was bought we have been battling machine movement and had tried everything from carpet pads to furniture leg cushions to stop it but nothing helped at all (The machine was perfectly leveled using existing feet.) Came here to Amazon and saw these listed with good reviews, and although the price seemed high I was out of options and decided to give them a try. PROBLEM SOLVED! They have been in place for about three weeks and the washer hasn't moved so much as a millimeter, and that's washing things as heavy as sleeping bags. As another reviewer wrote, the washer (like most front loaders) would shake enough that it almost sounded like a chopper hovering over the house, enough so to shake windows. After installing these pads, you can obviously still hear the machine on the spin cycle but the shaking is GREATLY reduced. These pads solved two problems; the walking AND the shaking.
Yes, they are not cheap but considering the cost of the washer and the damage that could occur from the machine moving around and shaking so much, I am more than happy with this purchase. These things work! (Posted on 9/17/15)

Has helped a lot. The washer does not walk, but still jiggles. I think must be the case with new washing machines because my old one never jiggled. I do not have the dryer stacked on top jfyi. My washer walked so badly it practically ran. I was desperate for a product that could help. I had to actually call out a repair technician as my center post washer was out of balance.

I have tile floors, and even after the balance issue was taken care of the walking would still happen.

When I got these feet (which are ideal for tile floors) there bottom side has a more flexible "grippy" rubber. I scrubbed the floor clean so there was no dryer lint, or dust elephants - I was guessing that a clean floor would help the grip and thus help stop the walking.

After my husband and I lifted the washer and put the 4 feet in place (not an overly fun job), we ran a load of wash. While the machine did quiet down some - it also did still walk (even with the feet!) The feet are also relatively tall so the washer and dryer were no longer close to the same height and I couldn't iron on top of the double units.

They worked (kind-of) for the few weeks it took for the technician to get proper specific rubber feet for my washer. If your unit is only walking a little this may be just what you need! (Posted on 9/17/15)

I was a little hesitant buying the anti-walk silent feet anti-vibration pads due to the price and some of the negative reviews. I decided to take a chance after pushing my washing machine back into place once again. My washing machine typically walks about 10 inches with each load, and I hoped this would take care of it. Installation was easy. Once my washer was on the pads, it didn't move, and was actually much quieter during the spin cycles. Before using the pads, I would have to be careful about what I set on top of my washer, because it would usually find its way to the floor sometime during the spin cycle. Now, with using the pads, I can barely feel any vibration. These pads far exceeded my expectation. (Posted on 9/17/15)

can't believe the high price, but they did stop the walking for my Bosch washer and dryer.

These can be a challenge to install for side by side units in a niche. This is how I did it:

1. With the dryer removed, I pulled the washer forward against my feet to tilt the back off the floor. DW then maneuvered two pads under the rear feet with a broom while laying on the floor.

2. Then from the from the of the washer, I rocked it back on the the rear feet/pads while she placed the pads under the front feet.

At this point, repeat as needed to make sure the washer is where you want it, because it ain't gonna move any more.

3. I then slid the dryer in place without pads. While I rocked it onto its back legs, DW placed a large thick book under the center of the dryer, using a broom. I then let the dryer down and all four feet were off the ground, as planned.

4. We maneuvered the pads to the rear feet with a broom

5. I rocked the machine onto its back feet while DW removed the book with the broom

6. I lowered the front legs of the dryer onto the pads as my wife positioned them in place.

Result: Washer no longer walks (AT ALL) and is MUCH quieter, but still makes a big racket, but now one level below bone rattling. I am happy I did this - one small victory at a time.

PROS: I was doubtful these pads would work. In fact, while they do not eliminate vibration completely, they do reduce it substantially. It was a bit pricey at 5% of the cost of the machine, but I was sooo tired of running down to the basement to hold the machine so it wouldn't pull the hoses off the wall. A MUST for Walking Washing Machines Review by Amazon

I have an LG washing machine and it walks during the spin cycle. It was VERY annoying to reposition the washing machine after every wash. The vibration was loud enough to feel and hear one floor away. That is until I purchased this Anti-Walk Silent Feet from Vibration Solution. They work absolutely GREAT!!!!!!!!!! My washing machine does not even move a millimeter from where is it placed no matter how unbalanced the load is. Phenomenal. Here are my recommendations and how I installed them by myself.

1. I got the RED BOX of vibration pads, not the green box.
2. I got a good mental image on where the feet of the appliance are in relationship to the outside body of the appliance. Most of the time the feet are not visible when you look down from the top of the appliance.
3. I positioned the washing machine to where I wanted it.
4. I tilted the washing machine forward and dropped two of the vibration pads on the floor to where the rear feet would be when the appliance is on the floor. I used the end of a broom to move the pads into the right position. This is the most time consuming and tedious part of the process so be patient.
5. I lowered the washing machine back down on the floor and tilted it backwards.
6. I dropped the front two pads on the floor and positioned them to where the front feet would rest.
7. Lowering the washing machine, I was done.

These pads are made out of two kinds of plastic. The top layer (half the total thickness) is hard and this is where the feet rest. The bottom layer is softer and does most of the absorption of the vibration. It sticks to vinyl flooring so it helps to prevent walking but more importantly it absorbs most of the vibrations. I touched this layer as my washing machine was in the spin cycle and I felt the tremendous amount of vibration this layer absorbed but didsn't conduct to the floor.

Now I do not hear or feel on another floor when the washing machine is on a spin cycle. The feet are on the pricey side but what they do to eliminate the walking, they are very much a worthwhile investment.. This is a solid 5 star product (Posted on 9/17/15)
An Absolute Must for Front-Loading Washers (especially on 2nd floors) Review by Amazon

Anyone who has one of the new front-loading washing machines installed on a second story knows how awful it is. The spin cycle shakes the whole house. Pictures rattle on the walls, the windows actually bow and it honestly sounds like a helicopter hovering over the house (I swear, that's not an exaggeration). It actually caused a shelf of my china hutch to collapse.

But wow! These Silent Feet are abolutely great! The best $80 (2 sets) I have spent in a while. The noise is almost completely gone. Same with the vibration. Still a little of both but dramatically improved.

A little challenging placing them under the back feet. They won't slide under the weight of the machine. Our solution: push the machine back, have one person tip it forward and use a stick to slide the Silent Feet into place.

The installers told me they had never seen a front-loading washer run so silently and still. They actually took the Silent Feet packaging with them to recommend them to customers. (Posted on 9/17/15)
