Sorbothane rubber bumpers are pressure-sensitive adhesive-backed hemispheres that can be used as feet, stops, spacers and protectors in many applications. Each rubber pad can feature aggressive, high-tack pressure-sensitive 3M 200MP adhesive with a release liner, making application fast and easy. The unique Sorbothane urethane is a durable, resilient, polymer that provides outstanding vibration isolation and non-skid properties. Installation is quick and easy with no need for drilling, riveting or press fitting push-in feet. Sorbothane bumpers help absorb impact and noise and have excellent resistance to aging; they will not harden or crack over time. The smooth, clean, black urethane hemispheres serve as a modern and discreet rubber foot. Use them on trophies and desk-top items to act as a cushion and protect surfaces from scratching. Use them under audio and electronic equipment to prevent skipping and interference.

Primary applications include feet for small appliances, DJ sound mixing boards, electronic equipment, phones, keyboards, speakers, desk accessories, printers, laptops, computers, multimedia projectors, DVD players and audio receivers. The rubber pads can be used as spacers/dampers for automotive computers and circuit board rigidity and vibration isolation. They also work great for separating stacked glass and metal sheets. Sorbothane hemispheres can be used as non-slip spacers on medical tabletops, electronic assemblies. They are also useful as spacers to help protect delicate printed circuit boards from vibration and heat build-up.

Installation w/ PSA: Simply remove the protective backing liner, position the Sorbothane rubber hemisphere and press it into place. The unique urethane material won't crack, dry, scratch or mar surfaces. It will last for years to protect and isolate your valued possessions.

Great Anti-Skid Bumpers Review by Amazon

I use these for separating electronics that are stacked on top of each other. I have Linksys routers stacked along with a switch, NAS device, and a scanner. I had a router fail due to heat, so I started putting a little more separation between stacked electronics and this worked perfect for this. The scanner would slide around when I pushed buttons, but now it does not. These are soft and have great resistance to sliding on surfaces. (Posted on 9/18/15)
Vibrations: Gone Review by Amazon

I bought these feet to put on my preamp, which sits on top of my subwoofer, since I figured the vibrations certainly couldn't be doing anything good for the electronics. Before installing these, I could easily feel the vibrations of the subwoofer in the preamp. Now, I can't feel a thing. I'm sure they haven't eliminated 100% of the vibrations, but they've certainly come close. I definitely wasn't expecting them to work this well.

I wish I knew about these sooner Review by Amazon

These little things are like magic. If you think you can just buy some little rubber pads at the hardware store and get the same effect you're not giving these the credit they're due.
I bought them because I just moved and ended up in a position where my A/V receiver and Directv DVR needed to sit right above my subwoofer. I build high performing subs occasionally as a hobby so I knew with this one the vibration would not be good for these components if I dared set them on top of the sub itself. My options were a wall mount component shelf to separate the components from the sub or to try these little guys out and set them right on top of it. At this price I gave them a shot and they have not disappointed. Four pads on the receiver which sits on the sub, and four on the directv box to sit on that. I can set my hand on top of the two while the sub is working and basically feel nothing. 5 stars for my application.

We have reduced our vibration in plant measurement equipment by about 99%, Plan on using many more in our analytical lab to help with our balances. (Posted on 9/18/15)
curiously expensive, very soft Review by Amazon

Should have looked up "Durometer" before purchasing. I thought these 1" feet would be oversized for my bookshelf speakers but they're squished nearly flat because of how soft they are. Not sure if that's the desired effect or what, but it seems to me that using four larger 70duro pads would be more appropriate for my 11lb speakers.

By the way, I hear no difference in sound between using these and the pink rubber erasers that they replaced. They're fine I guess, but I knocked a star for price because I fail to see what all the fuss is about. (Posted on 9/18/15)
Careful, don't use this on finished woodwork, it ruins the finish. Review by Amazon

The rubber bumper is a nice soft supple material that is good at isolating vibration and does not skid. However, it is really sticky. I place 4 of these feet on each of the tongue drums I built. The tongue drum is essentially a box with tuned tongues in the top that vibrate to produce musical notes like a xylophone. I wanted to isolate the vibration of the tongue drum from the table I had the drum on. However, while the rubber feet do a good job of isolating, they are so sticky that it takes quite a bit of force to remove the tongue drum from the table. In fact, each of the rubber feet actually pulled off the finish from my table so I have 4 round spots on the table where there is no finish. It ruined my table. Additionally, a couple of the feet fell off because they stuck to the table more than the adhesive stuck to the tongue drum. I'm not happy with this product. (Posted on 9/18/15)
