Returns & Replacements Returns are accepted up to 1 year following the original date of purchase. All return claims should be filed through the steps outlined below. Refunds will be offered for the full purchase price of the order plus taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In order for a product to be eligible for return it must not show any obvious signs of abuse, neglect, intentional damage or modification. All questions should be directed to our Customer Service Department. Your original packing slip includes a quick and easy return form or you can use our online contact form to inquire about a return. You must include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email with your return. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and Isolate It! is not responsible for products in-transit to our facilities. Return payments will be processed within 3 business days of receipt by our Returns Department. Purchases made on or similar sites must be returned through those sites.
