Isolators installed easily and isolated the fan vibrations Review by Amazon

Isolators installed easily and isolated the fan vibrations. I recommend washers under the bolt or screw head, if the large diameter is between the the Fan and house structure. (Posted on 9/17/2015)

These are definitely not 50 durometer vibration pads. 50 durometer should be relatively hard but these are the consistency of fresh gummy bears. I still was able to use them but the description should be changed. (Posted on 9/17/2015)
Effective shock mount bushing Review by Amazon

I bought these bushings to use on a home-built camcorder mount for my bicycle. Never finished the bike mount, because I got sidetracked making a webcam mount to do a time-lapse recording of our trip through the Panama Canal. You can see the resulting video on YouTube [...]. The video contains a shot of the webcam mount.

The Sorbothane material used in the IsolateIt products feels like the semi-hardened Jello that you often find at the bottom of the bowl. It seems to be a very effective shock absorber. (Posted on 9/17/2015)

I used the bushings to isolate the vibration from a hanging furnace vent fan hung on ceiling joists. Works like a champ. (Posted on 9/17/2015)
great mounting accessory for quietting a high power fan Review by Amazon

Done correctly these make my 1600 Braun attic fan quiet in the house. We hardly hear it at all from inside the house but from the outside we can tell it moves a lot of air. These are easy to use and very accomodating to the application. It is a two part set so be sure to buy the other half of the combo.

I used these in pairs through a piece of plywood to mount a small airbrush
compressor and they worked just fine after I dusted them with baby powder
so they could be handled. (Posted on 9/17/2015)
